And to "share" a memory they simply remember what the host can remember. This is valuable in it's own way. While they will remember it in the same way, they may have different emotions tied to the memory.

They may learn something different from an important encounter and interpret the memory different in these ways.
in my experience, they can't always remember what you forget, but if you're "groping" to remember something, such as a name, they're likely to remember it faster than you would
@Deleted User about that meditation thing, it's good to clear the mind but you'll have to just let things happen after that. Like, you can clear the space but something else has to happen afterward. That space has to be used by your tulpa to communicate, without the clutter of other thoughts.
you can generally talk about whatever comes to mind, like if you were talking to a close friend. though i find it best to avoid trying to talk to them about things they obviously can't know, like books or such that you haven't read.
